Driving Licence
You only need to provide a copy of your driving licence - please do not send the original. You should make a copy of the counterpart section, and the front and back of the photocard. If you have the 'old style' licence, please simply copy the whole sheet. If you do not have any part of your licence, you can complete the DVLA form that we provide, which costs £17.50. We then go directly to the DVLA to obtain your information. The details you provide must match exactly what the DVLA have on their records or they will not provide any information to us.
