When reporting a claim out of hours, please ensure that you have your Policy Number to hand.
NOTE: Any claim reported out of hours will need to be reported on the normal claims number to ensure all your policy benefits and Legal Protection cover is put in place.
When making a glass claim there is usually an excess to pay if the glass needs to be replaced. If the glass can be repaired then there is usually no excess to pay.
If you do not use your Insurer′s approved Glass Repairer your policy may be subjected to a higher Glass Excess and/or limitations on the value of the Glass.
